I got the Mark IV today. It arrived in a very clean box, considering how far it traveled.
Here is the forum link to the guitar, with pictures.

While Heath mentioned the top finish may have been removed, I think it's still there, but very thin. There is some " shadow " around the bridge that is a bit more orange colored. It could be is was carefully sanded down. The rosette looks fine. I don't know if it is stock or not, but who ever did the top did a nice job. Nice enough for me anyway. Otherwise it looks very clean for being 59 years old in all other respects. Thanks, Heath!

Now, I have to learn the song I was told to learn if I bought a nylon string guitar.

Well done gents! If I didn't already own a terrific Mark V, I would have been all over that one.

Was the Mark IV made with a Spanish foot, or was that only on V-VI-VII?

Awesome! I definitely plan on getting a Mark when I retire from steel string. I won’t look for any other classical.
