Yeah Jooms health is not good . I was going to take over the tradition but another Neil had interest so I yeilded to him but no one knows if he's doing anything not even joom .

I would have put a clear mylar guard on if any at all I don't like covering pretty wood . But really just a guard sized right for where I rest my pinky finger.

Wow ! That’s better than any sales job any rep could do (for me, anyway..). Nice to know I’ve been pronouncing “sapele,” wrong all these years. Ha! Makes me want to try one out - maybe when the store that carries them around here opens back up again. . . Great review, I’ve never tried OM’s. Aren’t they essentially like OOO’s (only one thing’s different?)?is it supposed to - generally - be scale length? I love OOO’s. Peace

Yeah Triple 0 is like the grand orchestra 16" lower bout and deeper body long scale , double 0 is a bit smaller thinner body depth shorter scale but not all .
I think this Om is 25.5 which is right at the change over from short to long scale ... Right folks ? Lol
I don't what concert size om's are never checked that could be the grand orchestra size ?
This OM 120 has some volume and amazing low end if you try one out look for the 2020 models not that older ones are bad but the 2020 have revised bracing .
I noodled something new out this morning so I'll post that here and in member music. My Covid-19 music challenge maybe ? Lol thread posted in miscellaneous.

I changed the strings then thought I take some pics of the bracing . It not the cleanest inside but the bracing is indeed new style that I know Luthiers are using maybe others have but I've not seen it other manufacturers at least yet.
The bridge pins are definitely junk so Bob is sending me a new set can you guess what I'm getting? lol

Original plastic white pins already bending like bananas so off they go and replaced with FWI pins from Bob Colosi .
I still need to widen the holes a bit more on some.
