The guitar looks and sounds great, but I was advised to tune it down a whole step, which does not surprise me for a non-Guild 12 string.
So if I want to play in standard pitch, I will have to capo on the second fret, which, on a 12-fretter, leaves me with only 10 frets.
Not necessarily a big deal, but it just illustrates the point that even a top of the line Martin 12 string cannot compete with most Guild 12 strings at any price point.
