This one just arrived yesterday. It was really mild but I still let it sit for about 8 hours or so. Took it out about 11:00 p.m. and played it until about 5:00 a.m. this morning. Then I broke the high E string so I need to get after that.
This is another quality Crowder Custom Built guitar. I now have 6 of his guitars including this Braz RW, with Adi top, a Honduran Mahogany with Adi top, a Guatamalan RW with Adi top, a Sapele with Adi top, an African Blackwood with Adi top and a Ziricote with Adi top. Next in build schedule is an Eastern Black Walnut with Cedar top.
This guitar has a Adi top, straight grained Braz RW B&S, Ebony board and bridge. bone nut and saddle, 1 3/4" saddle, Waverly open back tuning machines, Sitka scalloped bracing (I believe) and a really nice TKL HSC that fits it perfectly.
The sound is really mellow and sweet with great lows, clear, chimey trebles and a superb midrange. Asd with all his guitars, the sustain is pretty amazing.
