Very pleased to be the new owner of a 92 D4-12. It's in a good shape overall and sounds lovely. I have missed not having a Guild! It's in very nice shape other than some minor pickguard lift, which I can live with. Strings feel closer together than I recall but I'm also a different kind of player than I was when I last had any sort of 12 so I'm guessing that is part of it. It's a Westerly guitar and curiously has the letter 'E' after the '12' on the label, though there are no signs of electronics or there ever having been electronics. I haven't had much time to play it yet and have been enjoying it in drop C for now. It's not quite as bass-forward as I expected but I think I'm ok with that. The other main note I have is that it weighs a TON!

My Guildstory thus far:

1986 SF-4 (with EMG active pickups, it was the 90s, I didn't put them in!)
1974 D-25M
1976 D-25M
~2010 1512E
1992 D4

You won't get the bass "oomph" that you would on jumbo 12s, but for what some might consider to be one of Guild's "entry level" 12-strings, these are quite decent sounding guitars.

A bonus is Guild installed the same quality Grover tuners they were putting on their F412s ansd F512s.

I have a D15-12 archback that I quite like. The only non-jumbo Guid 12-string I've hung onto.
