Howdy LTGers, I used to skulk around here a few years ago. lost all my login info and can't retrieve it through my old email, so I made a new profile. I used to go by "stirlander."

Just picked up my second (of many!) Guild, a 1976 D35. Here she is:

Welcome back.

I have owned a '73 D-35 since high school, which was a long, long time ago. I would not sell it at any price.

Absolutely, Neal. This is one of the finest guitars I've ever played. I got a hell of a deal on it too. I won't get rid of it ever.

Thanks for the welcome. I plan on being more active than before. See y'all around.

Thanks everyone. It is a gem. Picked it up in a guitar shop right before I went to my parent's house in my home town some 8 hours away for Christmas. had nightmares all Christmas Break that someone else bought her. Came back three weeks later and the very morning I got home... I bought it. It was literally the first thing I did when I got back. I couldn't resist. She was just so comfy and sounded so amazing

Welcome back! My buddy bought one too about the same time, a tobacco 'burst D-35, he still has it. I bought a '76 D-25 new, I still have that too.
