Geez, guys. what a welcome. thanks. lots of gear listed here. A few more from me... 1973 Gibson long neck folk banjo, 1990 Epiphone (Korean) semi acoustic arch maple 6 electric (to plug into my homebrew amp (PA, with a pair of 6BQ5's and a real rectum-fire 6CA4, and one of those wacky sustain preamp tubs that Vox uses, I forget the number) with a 12 inch original 60's Jensen from a church organ. My campfire flattop is a late model Gretsch 6. Oh yeah... a pre-war Evette alto sax with matching numbers, and my grandfather's violin. Whew. Play (or try to) them all except the fiddle!!!

I got into Guild in 1974 when I was trying to keep up with the jammin' guys and their D-28s, and I was losing ground with my 1969 Eko 12. So the F212 boomed them over and the D44 kicked their butts out into the street.

One last point here... I hate making up nicknames, so I recycled one from my Bob Dylan board. My real name is Keith, and I'm from north of North Dakota. And yes... I am one of Bob's fans. But the Bob-watch has been lifted, and I'm gonna see him for the 21st time Nov 2. Now, please don't confuse me the fans who put fanatic back in fan... they boost their numbers to three digits be following him around... not me... well once, a little. You know that country tune ""I've Been Everywhere"? One version cites 105 places, and I've been to 49 of them. But I've only seen Bob in Toronto, Winnipeg, San Antonio, Duluth, Spokane, Nobletown, Columbus, Milwaukee, and Cooperstown. And for balance, I distinctly remember deciding not to see him in Buffalo (July 4th, with Tom Petty and the Grateful Dead) and in Rotterdam. See... I do have self control. Maybe, after all, I won't fit in here...

Gudday. eh?

Hi ya Bobsterman,
I left plenty of notes for you!!
Believe me!! ...most of mine are sour and out of time!
Check out a fellow LTG'r named "Frosty" if you want some "real" pickin'!
There is a lot of talent on this Forum. My pitiful clips are just a detour from some of the real talent here! Aint this a great place? :D
