I must admit, my first thought is why need info? You used my mantra, play guitar, like guitar, buy guitar, and you need go no further. But I do understand, really, just being a wise guy, but there's a lot of truth to that. If you get on the net and everyone chimes in, man that guitar is a dog, or man that's the best ever, will it really matter? I bought a guitar in 2014 and didn't know the scale length until recently. See I'm an old geezer, and way back in the good old days, we walked into a shop, played guitars and bought them or not. While knowing every little detail is fun, your guitar passed the true test. Have fun and welcome. This is the place for Guild geekdom.
I agree with that statement actually. I was just curious since I found so little information on that particular model. Guy's at the shop did not really know too much. Electric geeks you see...I buy what I like and if it sounds good yay. One of the best sounding acoustics I ever owned was a little black Alverez I paid $200 for with all laminated top and sides. I gave it away to a kid that worked for me. I won't tell you what happened to it...

Welcome JB! I hear ya on the $200 Alvarez guitar! I STILL have my $100 1974 Washburn W250 Martin D28 clone I got 10 years ago, and I just can’t let it go. Sounds very dry and woody, very light, and plays fantastic. Everything is laminated on that guitar except the saddle and nut…They are plastic, and I would not change a thing

Ooooooh, Holoflash finish!!! Wonder what that looks like? What an option!! :p
So I googled “guitars with holoflash finish“.I saw a ton of hologram finished guitars scrolling through, but not one acoustic, all solid body electrics. That would be crazy on an acoustic. however if you would have ordered that finish, it may be the only acoustic In existence. I bet it would fetch a hefty price today on the market. Another one of those, “I wonder if I would’ve ordered one and kept it around 20 years”🤔

They made a few D25's with some fun finishes! Not very many but some have been posted here before. I'm pretty sure D25's or maybe it was D4's but I don't think so. Maybe someone else will remember. I'm sure @SFIV1967 will probably know and remember. But yeah, doubt they made many of them!!
