I know not the answer to the query, but I gather the New Grass Revival name has been retired for some years now. Too bad.
On a side note, I remember seeing Bela Fleck with a couple of other bands prior to his joining New Grass Revival; he was always good; one of the few banjo players whose name has prompted me to spend money.
