We discussed that guitar a few times already.
It's not his guitar. He borrowed that M-20 from Daniel Lanois and in the past it was equipped with a 80ies Bill Lawrence pickup but later he (Daniel Lanois) got a deal with L.R.Baggs and changed to the L.R. Baggs M1.
But Neil played Guilds before like in 1965 in the Riverboat Coffee House, Yorkville, Toronto, that F-50:
Or 1966 with a Guild DE-500, he borrowed her from the Dillards. He was auditioning in the Whiskey A Go Go nightclub in West Hollywood with Buffalo Springfields.
The back of the DE-500 and Stephen Stills also borrowed his Starfire III from the Dillards:
Or that G-312 12 string in 1976:
