I have a question and maybe there is someone who could delight me.
I have the chance to buy a Guild X-170 in very good condition for a very good price. But this one got chrome hardware, and I've thought that the X-170 only exists with gold hardware. Existsa versionof the X-170 with chrome hardware?
The seller told me that the guitar is from the early nineties.
My second question: The guitar comes with a bigsby but the bridge is a "non-bigsby-rosewood-bridge". Are there different versions of the X-170 with different neck angles? Possible problems if I buy a Guild with bigsby on a version with "wrong" neck for a bigsby. Please excuse my bad english.
