Need advice on bridge replacement

The patient is a 2000 DCE-5 with damage under the bridge from it lifting. There is considerable tearing of the underlying top surface.

Would you knowledgeable folks please chime in on recommended process to replace said bridge? Should the top be filled in with something (epoxy?) and brought up
to level with the rest of the surface of the top, or just a copious amount of Titebond to fill in? Or??
