Largely inspired by Muovinen's thread, (without getting close to the pic quality)...

It was fun tho!

PS: To TF, both my S-100's also came with transparent pickguards...

Being a fellow nature lover, thanks for posting the pic bluesy. :)

They really wouldn't be true nature boys if they didn't have clear p ickguards, now would they?

Bluesy, what is that bass?!?!

It's his oak leaf and acorn Nature Boy JS bass. Start here if that was a real question and not some kind of rhetorical or ironic device that I misunderstood completely.

Nature boys outside. The way it should be. My DeLuxe would look out of place in that shot, what with its aforementioned black pickguard.

I kind of like the mahogany on birch look as well.

There's nothing wrong with your pic quality - all I see is Guild goodness! That bass is really nice, it kind of looks like a big brother of the S100's ;) And yeah, they wouldn't be true Nature Boys if the pickguard wasn't clear. Black pickguard would make 'em Speedo Boys :D

PS: That would make Thunderfaces Deluxe a Speedo Boy with a boner  I'll get my coat...

BP, The slight contrast in finish between your Standard and Carved reminds me of Qvart's two nature boys Carveds, which were different shades. (pssssstt...Qvart, thats your cue to post a photo).

That's a JetStar? I'm so confused.

Whatever it's called, that's a heckuva family of nature boys, bluesy!

And will we be using your card ending in 1737?

Yeah Chaz, it a Jetstar (but purists insist on calling her JS-II)

Agreed Terry, Nature Boys call for transparency!

Thanks for the cheers all!

I thought it was pretty good, too. Like I always say you have to be able to laugh at yourself, because others definitely will

Bluesy, I wonder how the powers that be at Guild came up with that as a JetStar. Why on earth wasn't is a B-100C or something like that. So weird.
