Flip side (and coast) to McCabes. This was posted on the Music Emporium's FB page. I've been meaning to get up there for years, never have, but maybe soon,
>Dear Friends,
Thank you for your support and patience over the last two months. Because of your passion for making music, your love of fine instruments and the folks who craft them, we are still here. And we have more than just survived. We have thrived. The entire TME Team is still intact--no layoffs, no furloughs, no illness.
No matter how dire things may seem, there are certain constants in life. The one that has sustained us is the belief that, in the face of uncertainty, music heals, enhances community connections, and keeps us steady and grounded.
With the past several weeks as our guide, and an eye towards continued good health, we ask you to join us as we embrace the new normal. TME will continue to exercise sound business practices with our top priority in mind ~ preserving the health of our staff and our community. Please help us by following our new shopping guidelines available through the link in the comments below.
We know this has not been an easy time for many, and we're under no illusion that all of our challenges are behind us. We are, however, heartened that we have weathered the worst and that The Music Emporium has indeed earned its place as a necessary business!
As always, keep in touch, share your stories and your music, and stay well!
