It's funny how a sunny day can look like it's going to be warm out...
... when it most certainly is not!
Is your top still down?

Our kitty's been weird since she got shots, not as loving, hides.
Yes. My wife got the honey mustard ones. I need to stop eating them. They have too much salt for my battle against high blood pressure. Yummy though.
Yeah, is kitty any better? We had to take the parrot to the vet. He fell off his perch and hit the ground a couple of times. His arthritis is acting up. Luckily there's nothing broken, just soft tissue damage. Have you ever tried to keep a bird quiet and keep him from climbing? It's almost impossible! Our kitty's been weird since she got shots, not as loving, hides.

So exam, x-ray, a shot, and medicine to give twice a day.... $400!! Yikes!!
I've had squirrel. Never had gopher, though. Wow!!Yeah, she's better.
Now she's super kitty, brought a giant - 1lb?- gopher to the back door, later ate most of it, leaving a buffet of leftovers, but still very fresh, almost tempting for the frying pan this morning.

Before the exploded view, cat not revealing identity.
She's very discriminating, of course.
It tasted pretty much like chicken to me. Don's mom made us squirrel with biscuits and gravy up in the hills of West Virginia (nowhere) up in the holler. It was delicious, but she was a fantastic cook.I hate squirrel, hope to never again have to dress and eat them, ever.
BTW, my top is almost always down as long as the weather is OK. I don't drive the Miata if there's shmutz on the ground because it's undriveable in bad conditions. Otherwise, heck yeah. Down to single digits! Is your top still down?
Not sure, Cynthia. Quite possible though. I've been driving sports cars since the '80s, so it's likely I've had to deal with a situation like that. It wasn't until my father passed that I actually drove through winters. Now, it's part of my credos... I.e., life is too short not to.Have you been known to do an about face and detour rather than drive on freshly laid asphalt? I have; not slinging that stuff up on my car or truck!
Probably like squirrel... which is like chicken. So as long as it's on a plate cooked for me I'm fine. Don't show me the dead animal and then..... UGH!!I've never had rabbit. What does it taste like?
OMG chazmo! I haven't heard(read) SHMUTZ since my grandma was alive; she passed in 1980. She was of Austrian/Germanic origin. Family landed on the shores prior to the Revolutionary War. Driving in cold weather with the top down in my Audi S5 Cabriolet is easy with heated seats and the rear seat windscreen installed but gloves were necessary, no heated steering wheel in a 2012.BTW, my top is almost always down as long as the weather is OK. Tom, interesting food exposure. I've never eaten any rodent, brother-in-law from previous marriage raised rabbits for eating. He never offered a taste. I've eaten Bear in a stew once but that's the extent of my unusual food exposure..I've had squirrel. Never had gopher, though. Wow!!
Like a gamey chicken. (Mrs Mushroom reckons I am hopeless at describing taste).I've never had rabbit. What does it taste like?
