Marshall AS100D... opinions?

Anybody here have experience with the Marshall AS100D? I'm being offered one at a reasonable price, thinking about it. Reviews online look pretty good, but it never hurts to hear more...

Maybe this should go under "amps and effects", but since it's built for acoustic instruments, I thought I'd toss it out here.

Both Scratch and I have the AS50R, little brother I guess.

I think my amp is very good, but I don't know much about them. cjd-player thinks that my amp is pretty good and he apparently does know something about them.

So depending on the price it could be a nice amp. I got mine for $180, I think Scratch paid a bit more.
