And this one, which was sold at Gryphons, is just two (!) serial numbers younger (45298), so from the same batch in 1965:

Oh! I didn't look that close! Those little but important details! That's interesting! Thanks for pointing that out. So the right one is original and the left one from Gryphons has something else inside and also non-original height adjustment screws.Non-adjustable pole pieces?
Hans - I have a ‘67 T - 100 that needs some work. Mainly, new pots and selector switch. I know that you are very big in the world of Guild and was wondering if you know of any place in IL that works on Guild guitars......... but that one does not have the same pickups; or at least they have something else 'under the hood'!

The originals (right picture) were not Hagström made but Guild made! Or maybe you knew that as you set "Hagstrom" in quotation marks...The "Hagstrom" pickups are very dark so I can imagine someone wanting something brighter in there, and magnetic polepiece pickups usually are
