I remember M. J. Hurt one time talking about recording back in the 20s, and passing "The Lonnie Johnson" in the studio....I crossed paths with him not too long before he died, and didn't really know him except as a sweet old guy who I saw do a couple of numbers in a coffee house, after hours almost....and visiting him In the hospital, after he got hit by a car....now I'd still visit him....but not without bringing a guitar......DOH.! Nice clip, Joe. Notice he does things with both hands that they teach you not to do. Fortunately, they didn't influence Lonnie. :wink:
