I'm just not meant for jumbo bodies... If anyone is interested in a beautiful JF30, please let me know. I'm preparing to list it on eBay but would rather transfer it to an LTGer. Graham owned it before me; absoluted gorgeous guitar; zero issues; professional setup, undersaddle pickup; etc... 850 shipped to LTG member in good standing. See my post on FS/FT 'Selling Three to make room for one'...

While I prefer mahogany and rosewood bodies in my 6 strings, I've always preferred maple bodies for 12 string guitars and the added brightness/jangle it produces.

That's why I bought a Tacoma-built F-412 in '06. Love it to death!

+1 6,
The JF30-12 is my exception to the jumbo rule. Great guitar...

I've a confession...

I've a fetish for sunburst acoustic with flame maple sides and back, that's the reason why I took the (supposed) trainwreck CV-2C...

Originally I wanted a Martin Mc-68, and I also tracked down one in sunburst, but since I'm a Evil Foreigner the shop didn't want to sell me the guitar, the Martin MCs are pretty rare, while the combo maple-combo seems to be part of the tradition of Guild, that was the reason why I started to get interested in this brand.
