Not being close enough to tell for sure, I would still say no. I've never seen uncovered Klusons which is not to say they don't exist.

My '67 F212 had the same tuners, 6 on a plate, but with chrome buttons...maybe someone changed the buttons out. I thought they were Japanese. But I don't have Hans' book (sorry, no can afford) so can't see what you are looking at. The nice thing about them was that they were adjustable...and you got to adjust them...alot...carrying a little screwdriver was standard procedure :lol:

Thanks Hans. I suppose Waverlys and the Japanese ones are about equally good--good enough, though not as good as mini-rotomatics and Schallers.
