Exactly my point here. Guild being started in late 50's makes my 54 and 56 Aristocrats built before their times. Lack of knowledge can be a very misleading thing in the wrong hands. It would be nice if dealers would take the time to get a story correct before posting misinformation about their guitars.

Yeah, couldn't be sure if it was a sarcastic ref so posted the info just in case it would be useful. Either way maybe it'll also be useful to someone shopping out there who's looking here to do background research and rate a dealer on their product knowledge. In fairness, I can understand the temptation to abbreviate history in an ad, but yes it promotes myths about the brand. All we can do is at least try to keep the facts straight here and maybe get 'em corrected out there when possible.. :roll:
