As the earlier posters stated, it's an F-30; an F-30NT to be precisely and it's from 1963.

One of the best shows I've ever seen was Rosanne Cash and John Leventhal at the Folly Theater in Kansas City. Just the two of them. JL played a small-bodied Collings all night.
