D150ce westerly collection. Made in china.
Sound really good but completely different weight and tones from westerly guilds.

D70 1981. early model of D70, i saw much gorgeous version of D70 on its neck on LTG.
this rings sooo beautifully but heavy as same old westerlys.
my friend who has a martin D45, me personally felt this D70 sustained same as his martin but more like bassier. i dont know how to describe this tone... just beautiful.

F55E. California made.
i think the tone is best beautiful in my family but the sustain is weaker than other guilds i have...
me personally, this is the best one for finger picking, so mellow.

D25m 1979.
Beautiful hog. And the word HOG is the word i learned in LTG. Tuners were replaced.
when i want to do strumming (by finger cos its loud), i pick up this or G37. arched back acoustics are the one of best things that guild ever developed.
i really really recommend this model to the guy who never played old guild :)

i bought this on reverb. Conditions are still ok. Replaced bridge pins and nut.
whenever i play this 6th and 5th strings, i feel like, i dont need bass player anymore...
what kind of construction make this... magic of the guild.

G37 1982.
I bought this on reverb from american. He was a old guy and really really honest. I am always happy with this guitar. So loud. This is why i love guilds arched backs.
so loud so i dont use pick for this. finger picking is enough and peaceful for my neighbor... and my wife.

GF30 late 80s. Occasionally maple body is better than rosewood for me.
sometimes i see this models are available on internet. really recommended.
i am not big guy but 17 inches lower bout model is the best size for me but this is 16 inch lower bout but louder than my F55.

AA82(f50r) john denver model.
1982 Spec sheet says its german spruce on top / indian rosewood but honestly i dont know the differences between sitka or red to my eyes... just wishing the woods could speak and introduce themselves.... like hi i m brazillian rose, dont hurt me anymore. other woods 'dont pretend minority yall you guys cost too much'
anyway this rings sooooooooooooo beautifully.

looks like nut and saddle were replaced before i bought.
not to mention, i bought this because i like Mr. John Denver and his play and luckily i was born in 1982.
my mother was a collector of records, so she told me many classic US guitar songs.

previous owner installed the pickup called OVAL but i dont what it is.

only 20 were made in 1982 and sold only in japan. when i saw that article about thjs model,
huh? guild sales managers were idiots?? why didnt they sell this model in the US. much more john denver fans there.

Wow Seiki, what a magnificent collection! Such beautiful guitars. Yours is the first thread I woke up to this morning. It opened my eyes much better than any cup of coffee could ever do.

good morning.
its mid night in japan now but today was the best timing that i could clean and do easy maintencance for my guitars and could take pictures of them cos my wife and son went travel to their home town for a while.
also i want to see your collections sometimes. there seems to be exciting models you have. GV70 or DV72 :) wow
