Many of you know Walter is a big Guild fan. This was a post & picture on his Facebook page recently:

"In Denmark it blew people’s minds that my guitars are missing parts. Yet I played The Okefenokee Swamp Park tonight In Waycross, GA and my rustic looking “Roadkills” somehow look and sound perfectly like...the swamp. After the correct vintage parts are installed on this newly acquired carcass of a 1966 Guild Starfire I’ll be able to quickly manifest three distinct tunings. Alas, I use one more tuning and have thus one more guitar to find. How long will I search?"

For those who don't know, Walter Parks was a sideman to Richie Havens for a number of years and is an excellent guitar player. He's got a good voice too.
