In the hospital

So ol' Dread is in the hospital with congestive heart failure. I'll know more after they run a battery of tests today. They think I may have had a small heart attack in the last couple weeks, but I didn't feel anything.

Happened to me seven years ago, was the final impetus to take early (disability) retirement. Been diligent about keeping up with my cardiologist and have had no serious problems since. So, with care you should be okay, good luck.

No, the chili had very little salt. I don't use much salt in my cooking.

They are just "draining fluids" presently. You know what that means - diuretics and peeing like a racehorse every 15 minutes. So far, that's all that is going on.
