Anyone else on the forum using imageshack? If so, are you having billing problems?
I've been a paying customer for several years and I can't even talk to them to discuss the current situation.

I had a free account, now disabled. I moved over to http://postimage.org/. Problem solved. Much easier interface too.

I haven't had any problems in the last 6 months with them Joe. Just logged in and everything is fine and working. I do a yearly one time payment with them and my payment month was last month. Paid through Paypal and everything went smooth.

Being a photographer, I've played around with quite a few of 'em. They all have their little idiosyncrasies and unexplainable downtimes. So, I just went with Flickr. A full terabyte of storage FREE is hard to beat. Use an ad-blocker and you have the "Pro" version.

I'm not sure what your problem is Joe. Image Shack works for me just fine. I did a two year stint (since they went from free) and it's not up yet. What exactly do you want that they're not giving you? They won't accept your payment? Or what??

I don't use it too often, but have had no problems, $2 on a credit card every month since they stopped the free deal I was using.

They kept after me to "upgrade" and never responded when I told them I was happy where I was.
They billed me four times this month, and deducted four payments from my bank account.
All attempts to contact them have been futile.
The phone number is "no longer a working number."

I've been with them for at least five years with not even the slightest problem. And suddenly they've gone nuts on me. They don't respond to requests for feedback, etc., etc.

Something is just a bit haywire....stay tuned. :emptiness:

Oh HOLY CRAP!!! I make a payment but if they ever take a payment without my authorization they're DONE!! That's CREEPY!! :confusion:
