We (like many forums) have a pretty constant problem with Human Spammers.
Please be on the lookout for one post users who reply to years-old threads. The posts *seem* like they belong but if you read them carefully they say something completely generic. The goal is to get a post in a thread, people then post other things in the now resurfaced thread, then they go back after the thread has aged out again and put spam links in their text.
If a brand new user bumps a year-old thread, there's a high likelyhood that they're a spammer. Of course we also get new users joining looking for schematics and bumping threads from 2008 instead of asking in a new thread, so it can be difficult to tell the difference.
Please, if you see posts that seem out of place or bump old threads with a generic response form a 1-post user, report them.
