As far as touring goes, I heard the pandemic was over finally.

Are you being sarcastic? I still hear news from Salt Lake. They've got a huge university hospital and numerous other hospitals around the area, and they're all at capacity with Covid19 patients. They're talking about rationing patient care -- basically letting the older, sicker patients die so they can treat others with a better chance at survival. Unfortunately, the pandemic is not "over" -- it's ramping up.
