Thank you sir.

We had our dinner last night and had the pleasure of having Markus and his lovely bride Sylvia over. They recently arrived from Austria and are heading state side today hopefully to hook up with Carl and Mr's Carl. We will be heading to visit with Carl and family later this week.

Isn't this place fabulous?!!!

Quick question from a dumb colonial,

Why does Canada celebrate thanksgiving ? Wasnt it to do with the early settlers in the US ?

YOurs etc, historically wondering ?

Canadian Thanksgiving predates the US Thanksgiving by over 40 years.

Graham, I notice your chesticles have shrunken, and your face is covered with hair. I'm not a real doctor, but it may be a hormonal imbalance.

Happy Thanksgiving.

I spent about 3 years at Acadia University, and always thought October made more sense than the end of November for Thanksgiving. Plus, then there's a whole lot longer Christmas selling season
Moreover, we Yanks got to celebrate it twice!
Happy Thanksgiving.

I'm just back from 4 days of overindulgence. As usual after Thanksgiving, it'll take me about a week to recover!
