Interesting story behind log cabin I used the porch to do the shoot. The logs used by my friend were the original logs his great grandfather used to build a stable. The logs date to the 1860s (pre Civil War). And my friend was told dating the logs is done by the end notches' patterns where they fit together. Instead of letting them rot down, he built this cabin and a smaller kitchen, BBQ, and dining, facility.
Don't you know a good Bluegrass band would look and sound good on that porch.
