If you have "Disable BBCode in this post" ticked, then you must untick it.
Tthanks Coastie, I wasn't sure what it was .... too bad though .... there goes the fun. What was Graham's remark about the universal laughter response at people's slips and falls...

I wouldn't advertise that intelligence quotient capri, there are a few Geezers here that will ask you to tutor them.

There must be more than one way to skin the "Posting Images" cat. Seems a common rite of passage & takes some determination. If I knew how to search the forum for all the past discussions reference this topic I surely would condense it & file it somehwere.

Wish I could find Coastie's initial "Posts of Rage & Frustration" some time back when he couldn't get his Mac to do the digital. The Mrs took his belt & shoelaces & hid the knives for several days.

Myself, I was much more subtle, equally challenged, I just suffered in silence. The learning curve for posting pics here, for some at least, is not particularly ego inflating.

Doesn't seem to be any issue with the PB image files other than they seemed to load slow. Capn & I can call them up.

I'm using Sony Image Station to store picture files, I don't particularly recommend Image Station, it works but the backstage processing is tedious with clumsy search functions. Same methods seem to work with PB.

Select the image from PB you want to post, right click it.
A text menu come up, at the bottom of the menu is properties
Right click properties,
A second screen come up
Center of 2nd screen is located lines of code= address (URL) for image.
Highlight & copy address

Using the

Spacing seems a critical issue actually posting the pics. The code needs at least one empty space separating it from all other characters & text,

Multiple images tend to disappear off the screen to the right. Experiment with the space bar to move images around to display legibly. Paragraph size spaces vertically between pics works for me.

Sorry chaps, was on holiday with the wife and child. Capnjuan, the amp works well for a 44 yr. old amp that is all orig. even the tubes were never changed . they still say GUILD on them I hope the laughter and merriment will continue at my expense!!
PS, I hope the coastmaster general isnt too upset with this fledgling hominid. I recently learned to walk upright and now am able to differentiate between dirty water and clean. Me mum claims this as a milestone in my development What is toilet paper?
