Is the saddle width the same regardless of model? I haven't measured my D-40 yet but I am curious to see whether or not different models are 1/8" or 3/32" width. What say ye?

I just measured the one from my F47CE at .131 (dial caliper) inches, which is, of course, slightly more than 1/8, and much less than 3/32 inches.

The saddle slot in the bridge would be wider, or course, so as to allow compression (it has a Fishman UST pickup) of the saddle against the transducer, but no way is the slot itself 3/32".

So there is one "No".

1/8" = 4/32", which is greater than 3/32". My five Westerly dreads (plus the one I sold) all have 3/32" saddles. The two Tacomas I have seen (a D-55 and a maple 12 string jumbo?) both appeared to have compensated 1/8" saddles.
