Is/Was there ever/ a Guild resonator guitar? Is the right forum?

Anyway, I been gettin' itchy for another guitar, and I was even studying YouTube where buddy was making one out of an Alvarez (called it Alva-resonator, o' course). So around town here, a Dobro is high 600's, other brands up to 900 all metal. I probably wouldn't get a Guild anyway, but I would at least like to know.

The best bet is a Fender FR50, Fender list US$500, this one used, but good shape, CDN 200.

Sup with that, anyway?

I would check with DKL, if you're looking for one. He sold a really nice Saga to me about a year or so ago.

How do you like that Saga? Round neck or square neck? I have heard about them but never seen one. I thought they only made banjos.

It was a Regal. Saga is just the parent company. I've had a few through & every one has been pretty great! Currently have a Regal RC-58TT in the shop.

Thanks, since I only saw it once when I visited my dad, I forgot the name.
It was a squareneck and he was really happy with it, esp. because it was LOUD and his hearing is not great.
