I just a received a SF1 DC in Transparent Red with mahogany. Wow! The hog stripe and finish on this guitar is fantastic. The other SF1's that I purchased were painted so I didn't expect the wood on this guitar to look very impressive but I was wrong. Got it from GC with a 15% discount and free shipping so an impressive $425 guitar!
Anyone ever wanting a SF4 but hesitant to pull the trigger due to cost should try one of these. I have to say one of those transparent green models with a Guildsby will be hard to resist if the send me another 15% discount coupon!

Actually all guitars in that picture from today are made in Indonesia at P.T.Samick, so they got a whole shipment from there. They all belong to the so called "Starfire 1 Series". The Korean made Starfire models have Chesterfields, that is the easy way to spot which is which.
