I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. When I was younger (I guess a little over 20 years ago), I was working at a guitar shop. At some point we were getting a lot of random Guild stuff in. I think some of it was refurbs. Maybe some were seconds? And, I remember getting a bunch of random Guild parts. I also remember often seeing paperwork showing that there was a Guild office near by. I can’t remember where, but I think it was in Elm Grove or New Berlin. It was somewhere west of Milwaukee. Does anyone happen to know anything about this? I have long been curious as to why Guild had an office in Wisconsin. For some reason I am also thinking that Randall amps was somehow involved as well. But, I could just be making that up. It’s been a while!

I know Guild was owned by US Music Corp. before Fender, but I think their offices were in Arizona.

You may be on to something. I seem to remember US Music Corp. being involved with Randall. So, maybe I didn’t make that part up?

Yes Randall was owned by US Music. All the Guild Timberline amps were designed and made by Randall.

New Berlin was the address for FAAS Corporation and later U.S. Music Corporation who owned Guild.

Here are prints from 1989 till 1995 price lists:

Jan 1992:

By end of 1995 the address went to Scottdale, AZ where FMIC is located:

Dude let’s talk. I need your help!

My catalog collection: https://www.gad.net/Blog/guild-guitar-catalogs/
My price-list collection: https://www.gad.net/Blog/guild-guitar-price-lists/
My misc paper collection: https://www.gad.net/Blog/guild-guitar-ads-flyers-etc/

I have a significant gap for some years in the '80s and '90s and would love to fill in some blanks!

You remembered what happened 20 years ago. I sometimes forget what happened yesterday. But I will never forget the first time I rented coworking space houston ten years ago. When I first came into the office, I met a man my age. He seemed very friendly and treated me to a cup of cappuccino. We quickly found some common ground and agreed to meet up after work. It turns out he was my best friend from high school. We studied together until 5th grade, then he moved to Canada. He recognized me from the birthmark on my face.

Who are you directing your question at? And, what is it pertaining to?

I am going to go out on a limb here. Believe it or not, I am pretty sure there are many people who frequent this forum (including myself) that can remember what happened beyond even 20 years ago!
