Guild Nightbird...

I see there's a pristine Guild Nightbird on eBay that's already ringing in at over $2550.

I'm not familiar with this model. Can someone tell me the story of why it is so valuable?

I recommend starting here. There is also a thead about this guitar. It appears to be quite rare. IMO the build quality of the Nightbird is way above the Bluesbird.

Somebody already bought that one...an LTGer, I believe.

Can anyone offer a description of the neck contour of the Nightbird? I own a Blues 90 which has one of the best necks I've ever played, so a comparison to a Blues 90 would be helpful.
