Original from that era, not the Korean reissues.

i agree my bad. still going to try and wire it up although white wire hook ups will be a challenge. if it doesnt work out i may try and procure original hb1 . they sound as if they would suit me better as iam more of a passive pick guy ............... we will see .........ken

Interesting, that changes the picture now. So we are no longer looking at caps going to ground. Now GADs diagram 3 makes sense again and it is again a DMSK, means coil tap. Just differently connected. "Dangerous" when you change color of wires and ask about the possible function...

I have a beautiful GG but haven’t yet drawn it up. Looking at my pics I don't even have an internal shot. What's worse, it's currently in storage.
