Thanks. Sent you a messageHowdy, Heath. I have that exact set, if you'd like to message me. I'm not sure about ferrules and screws, but I'll pull out the parts drawer and look around.
I think this photo came from Hans, and while mine are in good, untarnished, rust free condition, they aren't spit shined like these.
Check out Steve's stockpile. I saw several Waverly with plate shapes similar.

I'd also put this pic up on the UMGF. Member 'Grateful Dad', (Jim Dulfer) has a large tuner stash.

I believe you can take them completely apart and switch the tuner button with the shaft around by 180 deg. So they should be the same parts for left and right and it simply depends how you reassemble them to get the bass and trebble side.Is there a treble and bass side on these, or is it the same tuners installed the other way?
Howdy, Heath. I have that exact set,
they’re nickle plated and don’t fit
Sorry about the confusion… I’m after a chrome finish with a smaller tuner button than the ones you have, the plank size is slightly different as well. That doesn't sound like a Japanese tuners, nickel would be American.
