Guild GAD and Blueridge?

Maybe someone here knows...what Chinese factory actually builds the GAD Guilds? I have heard that the GAD's and Blueridge guitars come out of the same place. I've only played a few of the Blueridge guitars, but in my limited experience they seem to be the only Chinese guitars that come close to the Guild GAD's. :?:

I have heard the same thing. It has been discussed, with the factory name mentioned, over on AGF. Perhaps doing a search over there could turn something up.

Yep, and from what I've heard, the Washburn Timbercrafts also. Grand Rewards factory. Apparently they are all basically the same body, different appointments.

I grabbed a Blueridge few yrs ago as an "extra" to keep at a far away friends house. It is actually pretty remarkable, regardless of price which was irresistible.

Adding to the rumors,
I read somewhere, that the 2 share a warehouse but are made my different people.
They are not in any partnership.
