Guild G312 or G212

Hi all,

I am currently searching for my next guitar, a Guild 12 string. I came across this listing on Reverb and am a bit confused. It is listed as a G312, but has mahogany back and sides. I thought the 312 had Rosewood and the 212 had Mahogany. Is this guitar listed incorrectly? Thanks!

Since there might be some confusion due to humor not being recognized as such...

The guitar was listed on Reverb 4 years ago by Chicago Musical Exchange. It is likely that they have sold it but the question would best be directed to Chicago Musical Exchange.

If the goal is to find an instrument for purchase that is available today, perhaps a post in FS/WTB would be appropriate, understanding that permission to post there depends upon the poster's post count.
