The following is the opening snippet from the new Acoustic Guitar Magazine reviewing the Washington made F412 Jumbo 12:
"Vintage Specs, Immaculate construction. Let's get one thing out of the way right off the bat. If you're one of those skeptics who thinks a big operation like Fender couldn't possibly match the craftmanship, tone and vibe of the guitars made during Al Dronge's heyday, your anticorporate boutique-loving sensibilities are about to be squashed...."
It goes on to say really good things about the guitar and how they are made to an almost perfect spec. The plant in Tacoma is so much more suited for building the acoustics and I think it will show.
Wish I had the clams to afford one!
