1973/1974 D-25
-from 68-73 D-25 is full mahogany top with a flat back
-74 and later is spruce top with arched back D-25
-73-74 was the transition...as such, this period still has the mahogany top, but with arched back D-25- this version was also made in 80s and 90s called D-15
