Throwing another hail mary down the field….

Looking to buy a Custom Shop “Deco” model

If you have one, you know what it is. PM me if you feel it’s time to move it along.

Thanks in advance

Too bad. There was just recently a pretty nice looking one on Reverb at a pretty fair price. Gone now though.

That’s always the case when I’m looking. I always seem to be late to the game.

The Deco will be a hard one to find. I had one and it was a great guitar. Good luck.
Thanks Richard. I have a few WTB ads that I started. I can only afford to buy one but open to a few different models. Why do I always like the ones that are impossible to find???!!!! I guess the journey of the search is part of the fun though.

Hang in there. The Deco is truly rare, but it's a matter of being in the right place at the right time, and you're doing the right thing by expressing your interest here. In the last year (roughly), I've been able to find a Custom Shop 45th Anniversary model (one of 45) and a 50th Anniversary D-55 (one of 50), and a few years ago I was able to track down a GSR F-30R (or think I was, but that's teh subject for another thread). I seem to remember seeing a D100-CRV within the last year or so. Rarities do pop up.

JohnPaulD,
Not exactly what you're looking for but on Reverb there's a Guild D60, Johnny Cash, part of a collection from a former President of Guild, patience is a virtue..

Hey thanks for the message. That looks like a stellar guitar but it’s waaay out my price range.
