Hi guys,
I am new to this forum and I am also new to Guild guitars...Never had one I mean.
However, I am right before a trade deal. Trading one of mine for an 2000/2001 Guild Blues 90 in transred and with subtile flame top (Serial is CL002051 so I guess the year is right). It is in excellent condition, all original and with orignal case. What would you consider is the market value of this?
Preferable in the EU, but others are also welcome to give a suggestion.
Thanks

Welcome Lumi and be prepared to be a member of a forum with vast information about all guitars but, especially, Guilds.
There will be others to answer your questions as I am a mere "rookie" when it comes to Guild electrics.
Start saving your money as very few stop with just one Guild.

You've probably done this already, but go to Reverb and type the brand and model in and review sales. That number they give will be the last price it was LISTED for, not necessarily the actual price it sold for, but it will get you an idea of the range where they fall. Also, if you pull up a specific ad on Reverb and scroll down, they show a graph over years that plot the average prices, which can be helpful. @SFIV1967 is close to you and probably more familiar with prices. They're much harder to find over there. Good luck!

Do you have an idea of the price range in Europe/Germany?
It always depends on condition and originality. There is a Bluesbird in Vienna for EUR 1,350 currently. It seems to be in excellent shape.
For excellent shape that seems to be a reasonable price to me.
Like Tom said you can always search Reverb or E-Bay for sold listings.

Or take US prices, add $ 200 for shipping, add VAT (19 % in Germany) and customs (I think something like 3,5 % for electric guitars) on top and exchange from US$ in EUR.
So a $ 1,000 guitar which you buy in the US will be $ 1.000 + $ 200 = $ 1,200 + 22,5 % = $ 1.470 = EUR 1,340.
