anyone else dig this record??
my dad gave me this record, about 2 or 3 years ago when i first got a turntable...he'd bought it when it first came out but it still had the shrinkrap on it, (he must of cut the side with a knife to get the LP out) and had hardly ever played it, it was prestine and i listened to it a few times then put it to the back of my record box.
over the last few weeks ive immersed myself in it and it must be one of the finest records ive ever heard, not as visceral as any Neils done, not as trippy as Crosby and not as musically impressive as Stills, but this is some perfect songcraft, truly great
anyone whos not familiar with this record really, i cant recommend it enough.
