Gotta cut back

My beloved brethren... I will probably be less visible in the coming weeks. OK don't everybody start cheering all at the same time :lol:
Work is finally demanding more of my time and I've gradually been tyring to contribute less fluff and more meat here anyway.. in spite of the last couple of days' worth of funnin' around.
I just want to make it clear I'm not cutting out because of anything anybody has said or done. This is a great group and the only forum I ever WANTED to join, so I did.
Anybody who wants to pm me, my box'll be up and I'm gettin' notifications.
I just didn't want anyone to worry and start asking "hey whatever happened to Al?" Really. I really didn't want that to happen. So don't, ok ? Hello? Guys? :lol:
Hopefully this pickup in my business bodes well for a lot of you guys who've been struggling. The paper industry is supposed to be a leading economic indicator.
My employer's been good to me and it's time to start paying more attention to the market again. I owe them that. 8)
Also my boss keeps asking me what's this "LTG" thing I spend so much time logged in at.
Maybe if I get enough new sales they'll fnally let me get a sounboard. H--l I might even get my own PC and finally start posting some of my OWN stuff.... :wink:
You guys are ALL great buddies and I look forward to dropping in and saying hi once in a while. OOPS> OUCH! Dang door's hittin' me..... :lol:

Painful....this is going to be painful.....for us and for you. You're our "go-to" guy....you're "da man" who knows the technical stuff...you know the history. You know GONG, for Pete's sake! You'll miss us, too, I think.

Does cutting back mean "cold turkey" or something less extreme...like a few posts a week/month?

All kidding aside, Al, best of luck in the upswing market in the paper industry. This is good news.

I am sincerely humbled by all the good wishes.
It's gonna be kinda like trying to postpone that first cigarette of the day, as the gradual weaning technique.
But I DO still smoke. On the weekends. Clove cigarettes, with a beer, to jam.
In spite of my state's best efforts to encourage me to use something with more medically approved, uh, "benefits". :lol:
