Got My Replacement Baritone

Guild/Cordoba replaced my 8 string baritone with a new one.
They were great to work with.
I sent the old baritone with the cracked top to them with Abalone Dot Bridge Pins.
The new guitar came with their plastic pins and a message that my pins were inside the guitar case compartment.

Can't ask for better service.

This one has more Bearclaw on the top.
It may not be a loud yet.
Need to play the heck out of it now.

Did you tell them about the pins or did they just know by looking at them?

Beecee, I forgot about the pins when I sent the guitar back..
They saw them and pulled them and sent them back to me on their own.
That was very nice of them.
