I'm talkin' the D15M I bought from Joe. Arrived this a.m.

OH MY!!! OH MY!!!! There are tears in my eyes!!! I'm sending a check for the shipping despite our agreement. $400.00 was a steal for this guitar; aside from the sanded finish, all original, dark stained bone nutt n' saddle seemingly factory height, Grover tuners. :D Did anyone ever play this guitar? If there's a horse hair of fret wear I'm hard-pressed to find it.

My 15 is still glossy. I did a set up and replaced the original bone nutt n' saddle with new a few weeks ago, and cleaned up the frets.
Sell it? Sell either? Pardon my French but "Hell No"!!! O.K. so it's not French but I have two wonderful 15's; one glossy and one not. And I'm keepin' 'em!!!!!

Sound Comparison: Mine is brighter, probably due to lower set up (I don't know) and light guage D'Ardios. The "newest" one has a bit deeper/darker tone, which I actually prefer. Surprisingly even with the higher nutt n saddle it's just as easy to play.

So thanks again Joe.

Peace

Doc,

Allow me to get a few tears in MY eyes to hear how happy you are with your 'new' Hog! Glad to hear it arrived on time and unscathed by the shipping demons. Man, I hardly had time to track it and it's alredy in your hands. That's just good karma in action!

I wish you the best and want everyone here to know how sweet our transaction was, from take-off to landing, online and on the actual phone line. Nothing better than getting a couple of older gentlemen excited!

BikerDoc rules....with TWO hogs!!

Take care of yourself,
Joe

I'll see if I can locate some of the photos of my exes.
Hmmm, where did I put them?

Joe
Hopefully *not* the trunk. The ex-guitars, that is. :D :D
