The last flat-back internally-braced D25 was made in 1973. This one's "unplayed". Perhaps it's been under a bed for 35 years, and then brought out and put into a new Chinese GAD case? But then again, no American made D-25 had the Chesterflield logo.

It's a GAD-25.

That's a GAD.

But Corona D-25s had flat, braced backs. I've never been sure if the switch back to flat backs occurred simultaneous with the move to Corona, or a bit earlier (last part of the Westerly era).

GADzooks!
I saw that one earlier and sent a message to the seller. Waiting for a reply, I am, but of course, I won't count on one.
I've noticed that a lot of sellers don't really know what they have when they have it, but it's our job, I guess, to keep them on their toes, and not on ours.

The seller ID'd it as a 'G 25' ... not exactly spelling it out but ...
