+1.... highly probable

Another vote for extremely likely.
In '64, Braz was the standard for just about everything (if I understand my history correctly), and so readily available it wasn't even called out as such.
EIR didn't start to come into play until '67-'69 when Brazil started embargoing it.
I've seen a report that Martin discontinued in '67, but Guild had enough stock of it to last 'em into '71 at least, on backs and sides.
We've seen a few D50's with combination of EIR and Braz backs and sides, and '70 F312 with Braz.
Add to that that they had enough stock sized appropriately for fretboards and bridges well into the '70's,possibly later, just can't recall for sure at the moment.
This thread probably has more than you ever wanted to know but note it has a link to the Fish & Wildlife Letter pertaining to the most recent CITES listings and explains the regs about Brazilian Rosewood:

Since 2017, the "Brazilian" part doesn't even matter any much - for any kind of rosewood, you need an export permit for the US and the buyer needs an import permit for the EU. Which sucks. Really, really bad.

Boy this whole tread has gone off kilter .
Maybe move it cause nothing selling here , move it then settle the discription issue and for the love of the GG post some pics then let B repost it if his European person doesn’t buy it .

And just to say if the back and sides ain’t Brazilian as a selling point the fact that the bridge and fingerboard are means Zero besides saying the word Brazilian its cool try to say it with a accent , Bra zillion , see its fun. 😁

My '71 D-25 has a Brazilian RW fretboard.

But Walter is correct. The newest CITES regulations cover all international traffic in rosewood of any origin. It can't leave the country unless you either:

1. Carry it yourself as your own personal property.

2. Apply to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (or the equivalent agency in the country of destination) for the proper permits.
